Job summary

Opella is hiring a National Business Manager to lead our Woolworths partnership, driving sustainable growth, profitability and market share. You will shape Joint Business Plans, coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Category, Finance, Supply and eCommerce to deliver strong commercial outcomes across stores, online and retail media.

Qualifications

• Proven success managing a major national retail or grocery account in FMCG or consumer health.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with ability to interpret performance and profit drivers.
• Experience developing Joint Business Plans and customer strategies delivering growth.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the Woolworths account, delivering sales, profitability, and market share.
• Develop and maintain a robust Joint Business Plan with sustainable value.
• Lead account forecasting and contribute to demand planning.
• Translate shopper, category and market data into actionable recommendations.
• Drive omnichannel execution including in-store, online and retail media.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Category, Finance, Supply and eCommerce to launch products.
• Provide reporting and commercially insights to support decisions.
