Job summary

BaptistCare is seeking a Fleet Specialist to provide expert guidance across our national fleet, ensuring safety, compliance and cost-effectiveness. Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you’ll advise on the vehicle lifecycle, cost performance and supplier delivery.

You’ll work with stakeholders nationwide to optimise utilisation, efficiency and value, supporting fleet sustainability and continuous improvement across diverse vehicle types.

Qualifications

• Qualification in fleet management, procurement, asset management or related discipline.
• Proven fleet management experience in a national or large organisation.
• Strong commercial/analytical skills with cost and performance focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist advice across the vehicle lifecycle.
• Analyse fleet cost and performance and identify improvements.
• Manage supplier service delivery and contracts.
• Support national fleet strategy and cost optimisation initiatives.
