BaptistCare NSW/ACT – Aged Care is seeking a seasoned Fleet Specialist to oversee our national fleet and drive cost-effective, compliant vehicle operations.

You’ll analyse fleet cost and performance, manage supplier delivery, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimise utilisation, efficiency and value across a dispersed network.

Hybrid role based at Norwest, NSW, with travel interstate as required and a focus on sustainable fleet practice.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification or demonstrable experience in fleet management, procurement or asset management.
• Demonstrated experience managing large, national or dispersed fleets.
• Strong commercial and analytical capabilities for cost optimisation and performance enhancement.

Responsabilités

• Provide specialist expertise across BaptistCare's national fleet, ensuring safety, compliance and cost-effectiveness.
• Analyse fleet cost and performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage supplier service delivery and stakeholder engagement across regions.
• Support data-driven decision-making and sustainability initiatives.
