Job summary

Centurion is seeking a Technical Services & Fleet Compliance Manager to lead nationwide regulatory compliance for our transport operations across Australia. You will oversee PBS approvals, fleet‑level compliance, audits and stakeholder engagement to support growth and maintain leadership in the transport sector.

You will drive COR obligations, educate teams and collaborate with external engineers to craft compliant vehicle solutions, while mentoring staff and building a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Experienced transport/logistics professional with leadership capabilities and regulatory compliance expertise.
• Tertiary qualification as stated or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of PBS approvals, vehicle modifications and COR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead national compliance activities including NHVR relationships and state transport authorities.
• Oversee internal compliance reviews, audits and accreditation requirements; manage corrective actions.
• Manage PBS vehicle approvals, modifications and permits.
• Educate and support employees and contractors on COR and PBS requirements.
• Collaborate with operations, equipment teams, manufacturers and external engineers to develop compliant vehicle solutions.
• Conduct fleet and PBS compliance audits; maintain records and report to regulators.
• Support technical/compliance assessments during investigations.
• Mentor and develop direct report; foster safety and compliance culture.
