BaptistCare is seeking an experienced Facilities Systems & Supplier Manager to lead systems, supplier governance and asset information for our national portfolio. You will combine facilities expertise with commercial acumen and people leadership to create safe, efficient environments across Australia.

Reporting to the GM Facilities Management, you will manage a national team, partner with Procurement, IT, Risk and WHS, and drive governance, data quality and reporting for asset planning and

Qualifications

• Significant experience across facilities management, asset management, procurement and/or supplier management in a complex multi-site environment.
• Hands-on experience with computerised facilities management systems and asset information platforms.
• Strong procurement, contract governance and supplier performance experience across multiple service areas.

Responsabilités

• Lead national facilities systems governance, supplier governance and asset data programs.
• Oversight of Contractor Compliance Systems and asset information platforms to improve data quality and reporting.
• Establish supplier performance frameworks and contract governance across the national portfolio.
• Identify sourcing, rationalisation opportunities and value-driven expenditure control across services.
