BaptistCare is seeking an experienced Facilities Systems & Supplier Manager to lead our national facilities systems, supplier governance and asset information for our portfolio across Australia.

You will own governance, data quality and reporting to support asset planning, lifecycle management and investment decisions while working with cross-functional teams to balance service quality, value and risk. This is a full-time, permanent role based at our offices nationwide.

Qualifications

• Significant experience across facilities management, asset management, procurement and/or supplier management in a complex multi-site environment.
• Hands-on experience with computerised facilities management systems and asset information platforms.
• Strong procurement, contract governance and supplier performance experience across services like maintenance, HVAC, security and waste.
• Ability to translate asset/data insights into practical improvements and business cases.

Responsabilités

• Lead the national facilities systems, supplier governance and asset information to support the portfolio.
• Establish supplier performance frameworks and strengthen contract governance.
• Drive data quality, reporting and lifecycle asset planning across a dispersed portfolio.
• Collaborate with Property & Development, Procurement, Finance, IT, Risk and WHS to align governance and reporting.
• Travel regionally and interstate as required.
