Job summary

BaptistCare is seeking an experienced Facilities Systems & Supplier Manager to lead national systems, supplier governance and asset information across the portfolio. You will unify data governance and reporting to support asset lifecycle planning and investment decisions.

You'll work with Procurement, Finance, IT, Risk and WHS teams, establishing supplier performance frameworks and contract governance while driving value, compliance and safe, sustainable facilities nationwide.

Qualifications

• Significant experience across facilities management, asset management, procurement or supplier management in a complex portfolio.
• Hands-on experience with computerised facilities management systems and asset information platforms.
• Strong procurement, tendering, contract governance and supplier performance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a national facilities, asset and supplier management team to improve governance and reporting.
• Strengthen supplier performance frameworks and contract governance across the portfolio.
• Use asset data to inform lifecycle planning, investment decisions and service improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including IT, Risk, WHS and Finance.
