PZ Cussons Australia is seeking a National Business Manager for Pharmacy/Growth to lead the pharmacy and growth team within a fast-paced FMCG environment. You will report to the Sales Director and shape cross-functional strategies to drive growth across Costco, Aldi, Bunnings and other customers.

You will guide a high-performing SLT, develop strategic plans, and deliver agreed financial and market objectives across Australia with a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG sales roles at NBM or Senior NAM level.
• Proven track record in sales negotiation and achieving targets.
• Ability to develop and sell strategies with customers.
• Strong communication and influencing skills at multiple levels.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership of a team and business issues.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business/Commerce/Accounting are valued.

Responsabilités

• Direct and develop strategic relationship between Pharmacy and Growth customers and PZ Cussons across functions.
• Manage total business result through joint growth initiatives, supply chain development and financial management.
• Coach and develop the Account Management team to implement plans at point of purchase.
• Lead the Sales Team culture to deliver overall objectives as part of the SLT.
• Ensure achievement of Category Objectives at brand and customer levels across Australia.
