BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking an experienced Facilities Systems & Supplier Manager to lead national systems, supplier governance and asset information for our property portfolio. You will join the Property & Development team and drive consistency across systems, contracts, data quality and reporting to support asset planning and investment decisions.

• Experience across facilities management, asset management and supplier management in a complex multi-site portfolio.
• Hands-on experience with facilities management software and asset information platforms.
• Strong procurement, contract governance and supplier performance knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Lead facilities systems, supplier governance and asset information for the national portfolio.
• Establish supplier performance frameworks and strengthen contract governance.
• Use data to drive asset planning, lifecycle decisions and expenditure optimisation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Finance, IT, Risk, WHS) to support better service delivery.
• Build capability in geographically dispersed teams and manage change.
