Job summary

Harvey Norman is seeking a facilities professional to manage a portfolio of properties across Australia. Based on site at the Corporate Homebush West Office, you will ensure assets are maintained, compliant and operating efficiently to support retail performance.

This role involves national travel to attend site inspections and stakeholder meetings. You will develop preventative maintenance programmes, manage operating budgets, oversee contractors, and drive safe, compliant operations using CMMS

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management across multiple sites and strong customer focus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety and building compliance.
• Experience using CMMS or facilities management systems.
• A valid Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel interstate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective, customer focused facilities management across a diverse property portfolio.
• Manage operating budgets and oversee supplier performance for value outcomes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, landlords, agents and internal stakeholders.
• Drive contractor compliance and safety through a structured management framework.
• Use CMMS to manage work orders, maintenance, asset registers and compliance records.
• Develop preventative maintenance programmes for asset reliability and continuity.
• Ensure adherence to WHS and fire safety obligations with accurate records.
• Identify and present capital expenditure needs with data-informed business cases.
• Contribute to system/process improvements and reporting using CMMS tools.
