Job summary

Knight Frank Australia is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee six shopping centres across Sydney and Regional NSW. The role leads a Facilities Coordinator and drives hard services, maintenance, compliance and contractor performance to keep centres safe and ready for trade.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on, multi-site facilities experience, with end-to-end Capex project exposure and budget accountability. Travel to centres is required; a travel allowance is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-site retail assets.
• Strong knowledge of hard services and maintenance.
• Experience with budgeting and CAPEX proposals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across 6 centres.
• Coordinate hard services and maintenance vendors.
• Ensure safety, compliance and KPI targets.
• Conduct site inspections and risk assessments.
• Prepare capital expenditure proposals and budgets.
