The Living Company is seeking a seasoned National Digital Experience & Performance Manager to own commercial digital outcomes across Aveo and related brands. You’ll lead strategy, hands-on optimization, and a team to drive enquiries into residents.

In this role, you’ll manage the website, digital experience, and analytics stack, partnering with senior leaders to define KPIs and budgets while building scalable capabilities for Student Living and RTL Co.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in performance or digital marketing.
• Senior leadership experience managing a team.
• Hands-on experience owning a website or digital product as a commercial channel.
• Strong metrics: CAC, ROAS, LTV/CLV, CPA.
• Experience with multi-brand national budgets.
• Experience with CRM, analytics, and BI platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Aveo website roadmap and on-site experience across Aveo communities.
• Set and track website conversion metrics and funnel performance.
• Manage national media budget and pacing for Aveo’s communities.
• Lead a test-and-learn calendar for creative, landing pages and bidding.
• Oversee agency relationships and in-house capabilities.
• Publish weekly performance dashboards and ROI metrics.
