Job summary

Endeavour Foundation is seeking an experienced Digital Performance Manager to lead digital strategy, drive acquisition and lead generation, and deliver exceptional digital experiences across multiple brands. You will oversee a seven-person digital team, collaborate with marketing, brand, technology and business stakeholders, and champion continuous improvement.

Hybrid working in Brisbane with 3 days in our Cannon Hill Support Centre and 2 days remote.

Qualifications

7+ years' experience in senior digital marketing or digital performance leadership roles.
Proven experience leading teams and delivering customer acquisition and growth targets.
Strong expertise in lead generation, CRO and client experience.

Responsibilities

Lead digital strategy across paid media, SEO, websites, marketing automation, email marketing and social media.
Drive lead generation and customer acquisition performance.
Improve website conversion rates and customer journeys through CRO.
Develop personalisation, automation and omnichannel engagement programs.
Manage digital marketing budgets and optimise ROI/ROAS.
Lead website experience, UX and digital optimisation initiatives.
Coach and develop a high-performing digital team.
Champion experimentation and continuous improvement.
