Job summary

Opal HealthCare is seeking an experienced Digital Engagement Manager to lead our owned digital channels and customer engagement across websites, marketing automation and social media. You’ll manage a small team and collaborate with Marketing, Communications, Technology and the broader business to deliver seamless digital experiences.

You’ll drive lifecycle campaigns, optimize automation in Marketo Engage, and oversee SEO, analytics and social media.

Qualifications

• 5+ years across digital marketing, website management or marketing automation.
• Hands-on Marketo Engage experience.
• Lifecycle campaigns, segmentation and personalisation.
• Website CMS and social media management.
• Strong analytics and campaign attribution.
• Excellent written comms and stakeholder mgmt; Drupal/GA4/Looker/Ads helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead website, digital channel and customer journey strategy.
• Build and optimise automated lifecycle campaigns.
• Manage always-on digital campaigns across channels.
• Oversee social channels and online reputation.
• Champion brand voice across digital touchpoints.
• Drive SEO, GEO, A/B testing and attribution.
• Partner with Tech to enhance marketing tech.
• Lead and develop Marketing Automation Specialist and Digital Channel Coordinator.
