Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Channel/National Account Management (3–4+ years).
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience in retail customers.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver on targets and drive growth using data.
• Experience aligning customer plans with area strategy and financial targets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on channel financial commitments including sales, margin and price.
• Lead annual Customer Plans and Joint Business Plans with top customers.
• Drive channel growth through sales, marketing execution and relationships.
• Own customer price attainment, rebates, and commercial terms.
• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and optimize initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing.
