Job summary

Nexus Project Group is seeking an experienced National Client Partner to join our Nexrestore restoration business in Sydney, Australia. This senior role acts as the single point of accountability for our key commercial clients, insurers and strategic stakeholders, ensuring delivery aligns with expectations and contractual commitments.

You will collaborate with Regional Field Operations Managers to support client requirements, manage major losses, escalations and portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' restoration experience.
• Proven senior stakeholder management and commercial account management experience.
• Experience handling large losses.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong financial understanding.
• Desirable: insurer relationships, business development experience and IICRC qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted partnerships with commercial and specialty clients as primary contact.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and develop client-specific service improvement plans.
• Provide oversight of complex restoration portfolios, monitoring major losses nationally.
• Champion a proactive customer experience and manage high-level client escalations through to resolution.
• Identify opportunities for sustainable growth within existing client portfolios and support tender presentations.
• Collaborate with Field Ops Managers, CPC Leader and Technical Excellence on major projects.
