Job summary

Nexus Project Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ACT Commercial & Strata repairs. Based from ACT, the role focuses on delivering complex projects, mentoring a team, and driving performance with a balance of strategy and on‑the‑ground delivery.

The ideal candidate brings 7–10+ years in construction, senior leadership or PM roles, strong financial acumen, and proficiency with MS Project/Smartsheet and Excel. Insurance industry exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years’ experience in construction, including senior leadership or project management roles.
• Proven expertise in commercial and/or strata projects – insurance industry exposure highly regarded.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L and budgeting experience.
• Confident leader and communicator who can engage internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet, Excel, and project tracking systems.
