Job summary

Justrite Safety Group is seeking a commercially driven National Channel Manager to grow our distributor network across Australia and New Zealand from Melbourne. You’ll build strategic partnerships, expand market coverage and drive profitable growth across the JSG portfolio.

You’ll lead the national channel growth strategy, develop joint business plans, expand distributor coverage and partner with Justrite sales teams on end-user opportunities to deliver revenue and margin growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ B2B channel management experience.
• Strong distributor and strategic account management experience.
• Proven track record delivering revenue and margin growth.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship skills.
• Industrial, safety or related market experience highly regarded.
