Bakers Maison Australia is seeking a seasoned National Business Manager to drive sales, grow market share, and elevate brand presence across National Retailers, QSRs, meal kit providers, and Airlines. You will strengthen existing relationships, pursue new opportunities, and help achieve ambitious growth targets.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and the ability to travel nationally to key accounts while leading sales initiatives within a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and account management within foodservice or retail.
• Experience with wholesale or distribution channels from a sales perspective.
• Ability to travel nationally.
• Relevant qualifications in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain partnerships with National Retailers, QSR accounts, Meal Kit and Airline channels.
• Cultivate relationships and identify new business opportunities with existing and new Retail customers, as well as Key Account End Users.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify commercial opportunities.
• Support the achievement of sales budgets and revenue targets.
• Develop and execute business development strategy to drive sales growth.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics that align with the company's objectives.
• Manage the budget for the food service distributors and independent retail division, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Deliver professional product presentations, demonstrations, and sales proposals to customers and stakeholders.
• Promote Bakers Maison products and brand capabilities across targeted market segments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales activities, and opportunity pipelines within the CRM system.
