Bakers Maison Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager – Foodservice (QLD) to drive growth across the Brisbane Metro, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and NSW Northern Rivers. You will manage key accounts, build distributor partnerships, and expand our foodservice footprint with strategic plans and effective client engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business development, territory sales or account management.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and grow customer relationships.
• Willingness to travel interstate as required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the state territory.
• Develop and implement territory growth plans to increase market share.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of prospective customers.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities.
• Support achievement of sales budgets and profitability targets.
• Foster relationships with distributors and end-user accounts.
• Drive account growth through joint business planning with partners.
• Execute territory call cycles and customer visits to maintain coverage.
• Deliver professional product presentations and proposals to customers.
• Keep CRM records up to date with sales activities and pipelines.
