Confidential is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager based in Australia to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with regional accounts and independent hotels across Australia and New Zealand. You will own the full sales cycle, build a healthy pipeline, and drive revenue growth in line with the regional plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 5–10 years of sales or business development experience, including agent or distributor management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline across Australia and New Zealand.
• Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to signed contract and revenue growth.
• Build lasting relationships with regional accounts and strategic partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
