Job summary

Optimum Health Solutions seeks a National Business Development Manager to drive growth nationwide while maintaining a reduced clinical caseload. You will pursue government tenders, secure corporate health contracts, and lead grant applications, building strategic partnerships that shape the organisation's next chapter.

You will work with the Managing Director and travel nationally to develop opportunities across NSW, Tasmania, and beyond.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration in an allied health discipline.
• Demonstrated BD, commercial management, or strategic sales experience in B2B or government contexts.
• Track record of securing contracts, tenders, or grant funding of material value.
• Strong written communication skills for tender and grant submissions.
• Commercial negotiation skills with ability to close deals.
• Ability to manage a national pipeline over long sales cycles.
• Current driver's licence and willingness to travel nationally.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue national contracts, government tenders, and corporate health agreements.
• Lead the preparation of tender responses, grant applications, and capability statements.
• Build senior-level relationships with government agencies, corporate clients, and peak bodies.
• Manage a national pipeline from first contact through to signed agreement.
• Work with the Managing Director to define and execute Optimum's national growth strategy.
• Maintain a reduced clinical caseload in your registered allied health discipline.
