Job summary

MET Phys and Elevation Studios are expanding and seeking a Business Manager to own financial operations across two allied health businesses in Highfields, QLD. You will manage budgeting, cash flow, payroll, and compliance across NDIS, DVA, WorkCover, aged care, and Medicare, while partnering with leaders to scale systems and processes.

The role requires at least 3 years as a Practice or Business Manager in a multidisciplinary setting, with AI-enabled operations experience and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 consecutive years as a Practice Manager or Business Manager in a multi-disciplinary allied health setting.
• Experience managing financial operations across NDIS, DVA, aged care and Medicare funding.
• Aptitude for AI and emerging technology in business operations and healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations for two growing businesses.
• Own budgeting, cash flow, and reporting across the entities.
• Manage payroll start to finish and rostering aligned with clinical demand.
• Own compliance, reporting, and grants for multiple funding streams (NDIS, DVA, WorkCover, aged care, Medicare).
• Support staffing decisions, clinical pathways, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Admin Manager and leadership to scale systems and workflows.
