Job summary

Rimfire Resources is seeking a National Sales Manager to translate commercial priorities into practical execution across Australia. You will lead a twelve-strong sales team, manage distributor and strategic accounts, and drive budgets, forecasting and product launches to grow revenue and profitability.

You will apply deep knowledge of Australian cropping systems, negotiate with major customers, and collaborate across marketing, technical, regulatory and supply chain functions.

Qualifications

• Significant commercial sales experience in Australian agriculture or crop protection.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed sales teams.
• Strong relationships with distributors, national accounts and strategic customers.
• Commercial acumen across pricing, margin management, budgeting and forecasting.
• Knowledge of Australian cropping systems.
• Willingness to travel nationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead national sales strategy and execution with a twelve-person team.
