Job summary

Rimfire Resources is seeking a Regional Manager to lead field operations and logistics across central and southern NSW. You will report to the Eastern Business Manager and oversee 6 direct reports while delivering client trials and objectives.

The role requires travel to regional offices and a mix of 60% office work and 40% in the field, including staff training and running a small field trial program.

Qualifications

• Experience managing field operations and logistics.
• Strong agronomy knowledge for crops in NSW region.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations and logistics for central and southern NSW regions.
• Manage and mentor a team of 6 direct reports.
• Balance office and field duties (approx. 60% office, 40% field).
• Coordinate training for staff and run a small field trial program.
