Real Pet Food Company is seeking a commercially savvy National Account Manager to lead the Pet Specialty channel across national accounts, owning strategy, partnerships and profitable growth. You will build strong customer relationships and drive joint business planning for sustainable expansion.

Reporting to the National Business Manager for Pet Specialty, you’ll negotiate terms, pricing and promotions and collaborate with Marketing, Category, Supply Chain and Finance to deliver measurable

Formación

• Proven experience selling into Pet Specialty/Independent Retailers.
• Ability to build Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and translate them into growth.
• Skilled in negotiating trading terms, pricing, ranging and promotions.

• Own national accounts in Pet Specialty, developing strategies for growth.
• Lead customer partnerships and execute plans across shelf, online and in-store.
