Job summary
DuluxGroup is seeking a National Account Manager for Seasol Home and Garden to own national accounts across independent hardware and grocery channels in Australia. You will drive joint business plans, range reviews and new product launches, while partnering with the Yates and Seasol field sales teams to deliver growth in-store.

Qualifications
- Proven experience managing national accounts, ideally in hardware, retail or channel customers.
- Track record of building and delivering joint business plans, range reviews and new product launches.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with data-to-insight capabilities and openness to digital tools.
- Ability to influence and work with field sales teams to translate strategy into in-store action.
- Self-starter with ambition to grow into broader commercial leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage national accounts and grow sales, profit, margin and market share.
