Job summary

DBG Health, a leading health, wellness and beauty company, is seeking a National Account Executive to support the Woolworths portfolio. The role offers exposure to a wide range of brands and end-to-end account activities in a fast-growing consumer goods business.

You'll gain hands-on experience in administration, reporting, promotions, pricing and cross-functional collaboration, paving a path toward National Account Management. Sydney-based, hybrid work available.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration or sales support roles.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Interest in FMCG, health, beauty or cosmetics for a career in National Accounts.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day admin support for the Woolworths account.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, scorecards and reviews.
• Support promotions, launches, ranging activities and pricing updates.
• Maintain customer systems and track account activity.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Category and Sales teams.
• Analyze sales trends and identify growth opportunities.

About the Role

Ready to start your career in National Accounts with one of Australia's most exciting beauty businesses? We're looking for a National Account Executive to support our Woolworths account, working alongside an experienced team to help drive growth across a portfolio of leading health, wellness, beauty and cosmetics brands. This is a highly administrative and commercially focused role, ideal for someone looking to gain hands‑on experience in FMCG, consumer health, beauty, or cosmetics. You'll be exposed to all aspects of account management, offering a strong pathway into National Account Management and future Key Account Manager opportunities.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support across the Woolworths account, ensuring customer requirements and deadlines are met.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasting updates, customer scorecards, promotional evaluations, and business review presentations.
• Support the execution of promotional plans, product launches, ranging activities, and pricing updates.
• Maintain customer systems, track key account activities, and coordinate internal processes to ensure seamless execution.
• Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Category and Sales teams to deliver strong customer outcomes.
• Analyse sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities and support account growth initiatives.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in an administration, sales support, customer service, account coordinator or commercial support role.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and genuine interest in developing a career in FMCG, health, beauty, or cosmetics.
• Confident working with data, reporting and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across internal and external stakeholders
• Relevant qualifications in Business, Commerce or Marketing are advantageous but not essential.
