I-MED Radiology Network is seeking a Medical Receptionist and Contact Centre Agent for our Marsden Park clinic, with coverage for Castle Hill as needed. The role supports patient check-in, inquiries, and billing across private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.

Roles can be full-time or part-time, with shifts 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage appointments across multiple clinics.

Formación

• Previous radiology experience is an advantage.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisation to manage appointments.
• Ability to work across multiple screens and systems.
• Willingness to work shifts across clinics as required.

Responsabilidades

• Greeting patients and assisting with check-in.
• Answering emails and phone calls promptly.
• Informing patients about scan preparation.
• Billing procedures for private, Medicare, workers comp, and DVA.
• Collaborating with staff, radiologists and referrers.
