Job summary

Jupiter Health and Medical Services seeks a Multisite Practice Manager to lead Port Coogee Family Practice and Sanctuary Wellness & Medical Centre. You will oversee daily operations, finances, compliance and strategic change with autonomy to improve processes.

You will lead reception/admin teams, support 8 GPs, manage recruitment, payroll and accreditation, and partner with district management. A patient-centric, collaborative culture is essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated senior practice management experience.
• Strong understanding of Medicare, MBS, PRODA and medical billing processes.
• HR experience including recruitment, onboarding and performance management.
• Financial literacy, including budgeting and managing practice accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop reception and admin teams across two locations.
• Support approximately 8 GPs with nursing/allied health teams.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and performance management.
• Oversee financial processes, budgeting and billing.
• Maintain Medicare, MBS and PRODA compliance.
• Coordinate accreditation and regulatory requirements.
