Job summary

Supagas in Adelaide is seeking a Full Time Customer Service Officer to be the primary point of contact for new and existing clients across face-to-face, phone and email channels. You will handle order processing, payments, account reconciliation, pricing and general administrative tasks, while maintaining a customer-first approach.

The role requires rotating shifts between 7am and 6pm (7.6-hour shifts) and collaboration across multiple systems and teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused, able to handle inquiries across multiple channels.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
• Office-based role requiring rotating shifts from 7am to 6pm (7.6-hour shift).
• Ability to multitask across several programs and platforms.

Responsibilities
