Job summary

Supagas in Dandenong is seeking a proactive Medical Customer Service Officer on a fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave. The role centres on handling calls, processing orders, and delivering exceptional support to customers and internal teams.

You will coordinate with Operations and Sales, manage accounts, and contribute to a positive customer experience in a busy branch environment. The position operates Monday to Friday, 10am–6pm, with a competitive salary package.

• Familiarity with Pronto and Salesforce software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls, processing orders, and addressing customer inquiries.
• Assist in converting incoming phone and email inquiries into Branch Sales.
• Exceed customer service expectations by providing exceptional support to operations.
• Address customer queries and manage accounts promptly and professionally.
• Offer customers accurate product, service, and procedural information.
• Ensure precise setup of new customer accounts.
• Process credit card payments as needed.
• Provide support to Operations and Sales teams.
• Engage in web chat support.
