Blu By Adcorp is seeking a frontline customer service professional to support an energy provider client in Ballina Shire. You will answer inbound calls, respond to emails, process bookings and service requests, and provide accurate information about products and services.

You will maintain customer records in internal systems, perform data entry, and support general administration in a fast-paced environment while upholding a professional, customer-focused attitude.

Qualifikationen

• Previous customer service, administration, reception or call centre experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willing and able to complete a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening, and police check.

• Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm - no weekends!
