You should bring 2+ years of managerial experience in restaurant or multi-site settings, knowledge of wage practices, and a passion for hospitality. Competitive salary and progression await.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a managerial position within a restaurant, pub or multi-site operation.
• Proven experience in recruiting, training and developing a team.
• General knowledge of pokies, back of house procedures, including wages, COG's.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop restaurant teams across Solotel venues.
• Work with General Managers to shape guest experiences and service levels.
• Drive recruitment, training and staff development to improve performance.
