The Sonnel Hospitality group is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for Eastwood Hotel in Sydney. You will support the Venue Manager on shift, lead a busy service team and ensure exceptional guest experiences across our vibrant venue network.

This full-time role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus for October/November 2026, competitive salary plus super, and opportunities for leadership development and career progression within a values-led hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality.
• Current RSA, ARCG and RCG certifications.
• Strong leadership skills with a guest-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• As Assistant Manager, support the Venue Manager in daily operations on shift.
• Lead and motivate a busy service team to maintain high standards.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and safety procedures.
