They are seeking an experienced Group General Manager to lead multiple venues, shaping the group’s next chapter and embedding strong operational structures.

You will drive profitability, elevate culture, mentor a high-calibre team and oversee growth plans, including new venues and scalable systems.

Qualificações

• 3+ years as a multi-venue General Manager (4 sites minimum).
• Strong commercial acumen with budgets and profitability focus.

With multiple venues spanning diverse cuisines, this is a unique opportunity for an experienced Group General Manager to hit the ground running and shape the group’s next chapter.

This is more than a GM role. In the short term, you’ll embed operational structure, elevate culture and ensure financial profitability across the business. Beyond that, you’ll play a critical role in the group’s growth, overseeing multiple venues, optimising systems and processes and mentoring a high-calibre team.

What do you need?

• 3+ years experience as a multi-venue General Manager (4 sites minimum).
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, P&Ls, cost control and the ability to deliver profitability.
