THISBOWL is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and grow our NSW portfolio of restaurants. You will oversee daily operations, coach Area Managers and Restaurant Managers, and collaborate with Head Office to drive sales and operational excellence.

You will champion a consistently on-brand customer experience, build high-performing teams, and model THEBOWL’s values of integrity, positivity, and service orientation. This role is based in New South Wales with on-site responsibilities.
