Multi-State Field Visual Merchandising Manager

As a Field Visual Merchandising Manager at Strand, you’ll bring our brand vision to life across 100+ stores: coaching teams, shaping standards, and creating moments that feel anything but ordinary.

We’re looking for an experienced Field VM Manager to shape the look and feel of our stores, turning everyday spaces into inspiring brand experiences.

Who You Are

• 5+ years multi-site visual merchandising experience with strong design skills, attention to detail and heaps of creative flair
• Solutions-focused, passionate about visual merchandising, inspires teams
• Self-assured, confident trainer and communicator who can influence and coach in-store teams
• Tech-savvy with VM software (Canva, Adobe Suite), MS Office and digital presentation tools
• Strong understanding of display techniques and consumer behaviour
• Highly organised, independent, and effective at managing projects and deadlines
• Analytical thinker who uses data to inform decisions, feedback and trends
• Exceptional communication, collaboration and teamwork abilities

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coach and mentor store teams to deliver exceptional visual merchandising experiences, aligned with brand standards
• Adapt VM strategies to support different store layouts and formats across 100+ stores in your region
• Use data and insights to drive informed merchandising decisions, prioritising high-impact stores to drive sales
• Conduct regular store visits and reviews, providing clear, constructive feedback to enhance displays, performance and sales
• Collaborate frequently with VM peers, Retail, WH&S, Property and cross-functional Head Office teams
• Support promotions, signage, store openings and closures, maintenance needs, and deliver weekly VM updates tailored to local store performance
