STRAND is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead a network of stores across the Melbourne region. You will coach Store Managers, develop high-performing teams, and drive sales and operational excellence, delivering results with a people-first leadership approach.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in multi-site retail leadership, a proven track record of improving store performance, and strong communication with stakeholders. A competitive car allowance is provided for regional travel.

About You
