Job summary

PVH in Sydney is seeking a Field Visual Merchandiser to bring Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger to life across our retail network. This fixed-term contract spans six months, with field-based responsibilities across multiple locations.

You’ll translate VM direction into impactful store execution, train teams, and coordinate seasonal campaigns while delivering commercially focused merchandising that drives sales. Local travel is required.

• Experience in visual merchandising, styling, sales or inventory in fashion retail.
• Ability to translate VM direction into impactful store execution.
• Confident in communicating with and training store teams.
• Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to build relationships with store and operational stakeholders.
• Proactive, autonomous across multiple locations.
• Willingness to travel locally and interstate.

Responsibilities

• Monitor weekly sales performance and use insights to drive commercial VM decisions.
• Elevate and maintain visual merchandising standards across locations.
• Train store teams to execute VM direction, promotions, and mannequin changes.
• Coordinate seasonal changeovers, product launches, window updates and visual merchandising activations.
• Partner with Store Managers, Area/Regional Managers, State VM and Department Store Operations teams to identify opportunities and deliver solutions.
• Provide regular feedback, photos and insights to the head office visual merchandising team across store performance, layouts and capacity.
• Maintain brand visual merchandising standards across department store touchpoints and train store teams.
• Support dock-to-floor efficiencies, including stock processing, replenishment and inventory management.
• Manage POS, logos and brand assets, ensuring they are accurate and up to date.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Field Visual Merchandiser to bring the Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger brands to life across our Sydney retail network across all channels.

If you’ve built a strong foundation in visual merchandising, styling or fashion retail and are ready to take the next step, this is your opportunity to move into a field-based VM role. Work across multiple locations, broaden your exposure and play a key role in bringing Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger to life through impactful, commercially focused visual merchandising.

Please note, this is a 6-month fixed term contract.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitor weekly sales performance and use insights to make commercial visual merchandising decisions that drive sales.
• Elevate and maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards across retail and department store locations.
• Train and empower store teams to confidently execute visual merchandising direction, promotional setups and mannequin changes.
• Coordinate seasonal campaign changeovers, product launches, window updates and visual merchandising activations, ensuring delivery within required timelines.
• Partner with Store Managers, Area/Regional Managers, State VM and Department Store Operations teams to identify visual merchandising opportunities and deliver actionable solutions.
• Provide regular feedback, photos and insights to the head office visual merchandising team across store performance, layouts, product positioning, capacity, assortment and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain brand visual merchandising standards across department store touchpoints as well as work closely with store teams to provide visual merchandising training, support and guidance.
• Support dock-to-floor efficiencies, including stock processing, replenishment and inventory management within department stores where required.
• Manage POS, logos and brand assets, ensuring they are accurate and up to date.

About You

• Prior experience working across visual merchandising, styling, sales or inventory within fashion/apparel retail.
• The ability to translate VM direction into impactful, commercially focused store execution.
• Confidence communicating with and training store teams.
• Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail.
• The ability to build strong relationships with store and operational stakeholders.
• Superior attention to detail and passion for visual merchandising.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work autonomously across multiple locations.
• Flexibility to travel locally and interstate when required.
