Job summary

STRAND is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead a network of stores across the Melbourne region. This role is perfect for a people-focused retail leader who thrives on coaching Store Managers, building high-performing teams, and delivering results.

You will drive sales, oversee rostering and wage management, and collaborate with a values-driven team. A valid driver’s licence and car allowance support travel across the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a multi-site retail leadership role.
• Proven success driving sales and improving store performance.
• Strong coaching and team development capability.
• Solid understanding of Retail Award, rostering and wage management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Adaptable, organised and comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Due to the multi-site nature of this role, you will need a valid driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle. A competitive car allowance is provided.
