Job summary

Industrie Clothing seeks a Visual Merchandising Coordinator to lead VM production and execution from Sydney HQ. You will work with regional teams to develop and implement VM directives, manage budgets, and ensure consistent storefront presentation across Australia.

The role involves in-store training, coordinating openings/refurbishments, and sourcing VM collateral globally. Proficiency in Adobe Suite and 1–2 years in a related VM role are preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop visual content for weekly/monthly/seasonal VM memos and directives.
• Assist with VM standards by creating visual guides for regional VM and store teams.
• Coordinate VM resources for store openings/refurbishments, including floor plans and paraphernalia.
• In-store collaboration with State and Field VM teams; train and coach store staff.
• Oversee production, allocation, packaging and distribution of window decals and posters nationwide.
• Source props, posters, and display equipment within budget.
• Ensure VM projects and collateral are price negotiated and budget-compliant.
• Audit VM equipment stocks across mediums; ensure availability.
• Oversee production and distribution of in-store signage from head office to shop floor.
• Work with Divisional GM to source new VM collateral locally and internationally.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Visual Merchandising Coordinator who will drive and achieve total Company Budgeted Sales through effective and strategic coordination of all Visual Merchandising aspects by way of coordinating VM production, procurement and execution of all company VM collateral, styling directives and retail window installations.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include (but not limited to!):

• Developing visual content for the weekly/monthly and Seasonal Merch Memos and VM directives.
• Assisting with setting VM standards by developing visual guides and resources for the Regional VM and store teams.
• Coordinate VM resources for store openings and refurbishments, including floor plans and VM paraphernalia.
• Working in-store alongside State and Field Visual Merchandisers, training and coaching store teams in effective merchandising management.
• Oversee the production, allocation, packaging and distribution of all window decals and posters nationwide.
• Source all relevant props, posters, display equipment within budget and scope.
• Ensure that all VM projects and collateral have been price negotiated and are within budget.
• Oversee the regular audits of all VM equipment to ensure stocks are sufficient across all mediums.
• Oversee the production and distribution of all in store signage from Head office to shop floor.
• Work with the Divisional GM in sourcing new VM collateral both locally and internationally.
