One Key Resources and Argo Natural Resources invite applications for Multi Skilled Operators at the Burton Mine. This permanent role supports a 7/7 rotating day and night roster with 12.5-hour shifts, Thursday to Wednesday, on a camp-equipped site near Mackay.

You will join a growing operation with DIDO or residential options from Mackay, bus transport from camp, fortnightly pay, and strong emphasis on safety and career development within a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in an open-cut coal mining environment.
• SSE-signed training transcripts for relevant equipment.
• Current Standard 11 Statement of Attainment.
• Current Coal Board Medical or willing to obtain.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
• Strong commitment to safety and production targets.

Burton Mine Complex is entering an exciting phase of growth under Argo Natural Resources, with a clear focus on building a safe, capable and high-performing operational team for the future.

We Are Hiring:

• Multi Skilled Operators
• You will have demonstrated experience operating Haul Trucks, Dozers & Graders (minimum) + others advantageous
  • Dozers (CAT D10T / D11T) - Essential
  • Graders (16M / 24M) - Essential
  • Loaders (CAT 988 / 990)
  • Water Carts (CAT 777 / 785)
  • Excavators (EX3600 / Liebherr 9350 or equivalent)

About You:
To be considered, you will possess:

• Minimum 12 months' experience in an open-cut coal mining environment
