Job summary

WorkPac Gladstone Central, QLD, AU seeks a Multi-Skilled Operator to operate electric haul trucks and supporting equipment across production shifts. You will use Komatsu 830E/930E or similar fleets, graders, excavators, and water carts to maintain safe, efficient production at site.

Candidates must show proven experience in these machines, current Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical, a valid licence, and the ability to pass pre-employment checks. Immediate start offered with 7/7 roster options.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating Electric Haul Trucks (Komatsu 830E/930E or similar).
• Competency in at least two additional production mining skills (e.g., Dozers, Graders, Excavators, Water Carts).
• Current Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical, and a valid Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Operate a range of equipment to support safe, efficient production on site.
• Work across production department with a hook to maintain production outcomes on shift patterns.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be working as a Multi-Skilled Operator within the Production Department. To be successful in this role, you must have proven experience operating electric haul trucks along with a minimum of two additional production mining skills. You will be responsible for operating a variety of equipment to support safe and efficient production outcomes across site.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a combination of:

• Electric Haul Trucks (Komatsu 830E, 930E and/or similar electric truck fleets)
• 16m -24m Graders
• Hitachi EX5500-6, Liebherr 996 or O&K 340 Excavators
• CAT 773 or 785 Water Carts

What You Will Need

• Current Training Transcripts/LMS demonstrating proven experience operating Electric Haul Trucks (Komatsu 830E, Komatsu 930E, or similar) +Competency in a minimum of two additional production mining skills, including:
  • CAT D10 & D11 Dozers
  • Graders
  • Excavators
  • CAT 7Water Carts
• Current Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical
• Current Driver's Licence
• Current Resume
• Ability to pass a Pre Employment Drug and Alcohol
