Job summary

Lantrak is seeking experienced multi-skilled operators to join our team for ongoing sites across Melbourne’s south-east suburbs. Roles include day and night shifts with up to 12-hour durations and regular overtime, including weekends.

You'll operate a range of Lantrak-owned machinery—dozers, loaders, excavators, graders, water carts and rollers—and perform pre-starts, maintaining equipment to a high standard. A CIC is required, and on-site professionalism and safety are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience operating heavy machinery on active worksites.
• Strong understanding of safety and site procedures.
• Reliable, consistent and ready to work on demand.
• Construction Induction Card (CIC) is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate Lantrak-owned machinery including dozers, loaders, excavators, graders, water carts, and rollers.
• Complete pre-starts and maintain equipment to a high standard.
• Represent Lantrak on site with professionalism and a strong safety focus.
