Qualifications

• Previous experience operating civil plant and machinery.
• Multi-skilled operators with experience across multiple machines highly regarded.
• White Card (essential).
• Current driver's licence and reliable transport (essential).
• Strong understanding of civil construction and site safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate a range of civil plant and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Operate excavators, Moxy/Dump Trucks, loaders, skid steers, rollers and other plant as required.
• Complete bulk earthworks, excavation, trenching and site preparation.
• Load, move and distribute materials around site.
• Assist with drainage, sewer, water and other civil infrastructure works.
• Carry out detailed excavation and general earthworks where experienced.
• Conduct daily plant checks and report any issues or maintenance requirements.
• Work alongside civil labourers, supervisors and other operators.
• Follow site safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist with general civil construction duties when required.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Operators for multiple ongoing civil construction projects across Melbourne. We are looking for operators with experience across a range of plant and machinery, including excavators, Moxy/Dump Trucks, loaders, skid steers, rollers and other civil plant. Key Responsibilities

• Operate a range of civil plant and machinery safely and efficiently
• Operate excavators, Moxy/Dump Trucks, loaders, skid steers, rollers and other plant as required
