Job summary

WorkPac Group in the Blackwater region is seeking a Multi-Skilled Operator to run Dump Trucks, Dozers, Graders and Loaders at a coal mine site. You will operate on a 5/4 lifestyle roster with day shifts, camp accommodation and meals provided, plus daily transport to and from site.

The role requires proven experience with dump trucks and dozers and at least one other listed machine. A current Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical within five years, a valid driver’s licence and right to work in

Qualifications

• Coal mining experience with heavy equipment including dump trucks, dozers, graders or loaders.
• Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical within last 5 years or willingness to obtain.
• SSE signed skills list within 5 years; current drivers licence; right to work in Australia.

Rate up to $76.50p/hour casual depending on experience

5/4 Lifestyle Roster day shift only, camp and meals included

ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Based within the Bowen Basin and operating since 1983, our client is a leading global provider of high-quality metallurgical coal and thermal coal products to a global and local market. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

You will be working as a Multi-Skilled Operator within the Production Department on a Coal Mine in the Blackwater region. You will be operating a variety of machinery such as Dump Trucks, Dozers, Loaders and Graders. You must be experienced and skilled on Dump Trucks, Dozers and one other skill of equipment mentioned. You will be working a 5/4 rotating lifestyle roster, day shift only. These roles are available to DIDO or residential candidates (Blackwater) only.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Previous Coal Mining experience operating Dump Trucks, Dozers (D10 & D11), Graders (16 & 24 series) or Loaders (Up to 992).

You will need to have obtained a Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical within last 5 years or be willing to attain this.

SSE Signed skills list within 5yrs, Current Drivers Licence & right to work in Australia
