Job summary

MCJ Earthworks and Construction in Toowoomba QLD is seeking a motivated Multi-Skilled Excavator Operator/Labourer. The role covers a range of earthmoving tasks, with opportunities to work on diverse projects across the Toowoomba region.

You will operate excavators 5T–23T and Posi Tracks, perform bulk/detail excavation, build retaining walls, trench, lay house pads, and load out/transport materials. A reliable team player is essential.

Qualifications

• Someone who is willing to get in and help wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Operating excavators from 5T to 23T and Posi Tracks.
• Bulk and detail excavation.
• Retaining walls and trenching.
• House pads and site cuts.
• Load out and transporting material.
