Zenith Search seeks an experienced Manager - Retirement Living to oversee a portfolio of retirement villages in Western Australia. You will lead Village Managers, drive operational excellence and ensure resident wellbeing with a hands-on approach to compliance and continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Executive Manager, you’ll manage day-to-day operations, budgets and service standards while building strong relationships with residents and families.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated leadership across multiple retirement villages.
• Experience with operational compliance and continuous improvement.
• Strong people management and team development capabilities.
• Knowledge of retirement living regulations and WA Retirement Villages Act 1992.
• Budgeting, financial management and operational reporting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations across retirement villages and support Village Managers.
• Coordinate staffing requirements and workforce planning.
• Guide Village Managers and support teams to maintain service standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and organisational policies; monitor risks.
• Contribute to development and review of policies and procedures.
• Work with Finance to develop budgets and monitor expenditures.
• Manage maintenance, repairs and refurbishments and larger projects.
