Job summary

Australian Unity Limited is seeking a Senior Sales Manager NSW/QLD to drive occupancy and revenue across retirement communities. You will lead three Sales Managers and a Sales Coordinator, overseeing lead management, pipeline performance and sales processes, while guiding residents and families through the journey.

The role requires a proven sales leader with experience in retirement living, strong data-driven decision making, and the ability to operate in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading sales teams and achieving occupancy and revenue targets.
• Experience in retirement living or regulated sales environments.
• Current NSW Class 1 Real Estate Licence.
• Strong data-driven decision-making and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Lead day-to-day sales operations, pipeline management and process improvements.
• Set clear sales targets and performance metrics for the team.
• Monitor activity, provide forecasts and insights to senior leadership.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Coach and develop three Sales Managers and one Sales Coordinator.
• Support residents and families through the sales journey.
